What will yourrole be?

JOB SUMMARY

This position will report to the Accounting Manager of Asia SharedServices Centre (SSC) to ensure smoothdelivery of Finance transactional and operational accounting services tostakeholders globally in accordance withDassault Systemes (DS) policies/procedures and ensuring service delivery quality in termsof accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

MISSION Produce financial statements for consolidation, FP&A, tax andstatutory purposes complying with local and Group Financial standards. Ensure implementation of best accounting processes, practices andoptimized organization. Generally operates within a 3DS Shared Services Center.

Specific responsibilities that may be assigned differ by position and include,but are not limited to:-

General Ledger Process general ledger journal entries Prepare/Review and approve account reconciliations Ensure appropriateness of accounting records and control journal entries Ensure proper tax compliance of legal entities, in relation with the taxdepartment as applicable Responsible for defining and maintaining the chart of accounts in respectof the Group policy Monitor IFRS and statutory accounting principles Ensure internal controls are efficient and operate in respect of GroupCompliance policies Interface with internal and external auditors to support the financialstatements

Financialclosings & reporting

Provide accounting data for the monthly, quarterly and annual financialclosings Define and respect the closing planning Prepare and review the balance sheet, profit and loss, consolidated andother accounting statements Upload or otherwise enter financial data, including data needed forfinancial statement footnotes, into the company consolidation system(Magnitude) Provide analysis and supporting financial data to members of theaccounting team, other departments, and external parties as needed Review and explain the non-operating P&L results and changes inbalance sheet accounts Reconcile intercompany balances (Balance Sheet & P&L) withpartner companies Obtain the IFRS certification for relevant BUs Prepare required statutory financial statements as applicable Support the audit processes within the department, including preparationand review for statutory, internal, and other audit / review purposes

REQUIREDKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Your key success factors

Education/Licenses/Credentials Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Fluency in English essential and knowledge of other languages a plus Experience At least 3-5 years working experience in the accounting, finance or related field required Knowledge and experience of using ERP systems is a must and experience with ERP implementations is advantageous Experience working with international business operations in Europe/ US preferred Previous experience working in a Finance Shared Service Centre/Global Business Services Model or business process outsourcing engagement preferred Special Knowledge/Skills/Personality Traits Strong analytical skills in as well as a good foundation in accounting, with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English and other languages Ability to work well in a team environment with a wide variety of personnel from multiple disciplines and cultures Able to work independently and as a team member Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment Very strong drive, dedication and work ethic Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Demonstrates professionalism and confidence Customer focused
