Job Description

Responsibilities:

Becoming an expert power user of Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management Advanced(CLMA) product, especially Power Author customer contracts/documents using the CLMA Power Author product, in accordance to Template reviews of automated contract/document with customer/onsite leads, eliciting feedback/clarification to ensure successful mentoring consultancy to customer authors, helping them embed knowledge gained from training courses and furthering their knowledge in advanced authoring effectively with the wider implementation team including Project managers and technical delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of the and maintain Authoring Best Practices/Methodology, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure Best Practices/Methodology remain relevant with each product quality assurance processes to ensure adoption/enforcement of authoring best practices, ensuring the wider authoring team delivers high quality deliverables in a consistent engaging with the Product team to contribute ideas for product development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed institution- Arts, Commerce, Law, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science. 2-5 years of experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider. At least 2 years Power Author experience working with any CLM products. Candidates should have extremely strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite Competencies (Word / Excel / PowerPoint). This is a must to have skill. Previous consulting/operational experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success: Coupa, Exari, Icertis, SpringCM, Ariba, Zycus, Ivalua, GEP, Concur, NetSuite, Salesforce.com, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP. Operational experience in Procurement in any industry is an added advantage. Sourcing, Contract Management, Buying, Accounts Receiving, Accounts Payable, and/or Expense Management. Candidates should have extremely strong client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute an implementation plan that works towards a rapid, successful go live. Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business challenges and translate them into benefits and operational requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the customer organization. Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and deliveries. Demonstrable ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines. A drive to seek knowledge and specialist skills outside your own area of expertise, as appropriate to the project. Must have shown significant career growth as part of prior experience.
