Design and develop recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy Creating and identifying sourcing strategy- job rotations, IJP's, direct sourcing, social media, vendor partners etc Designing and leading the employer branding strategy Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of the firm Designing the on boarding plan and 543 induction policy- 5 days, 4 weeks and 3 months Effectively create job descriptions and job evaluations to identify the key KRA's and KPI's across roles Design an assessment centre framework to support the recruitment process while already leveraging on conventional methods Work in liaison with business and other enabling functions to ensure timely on boarding of candidates Develop key recruitment metrics and work to reduce the overall TAT Effectively hire for off role positions alongside hiring for payroll positions Responsible for mapping external talent pool to critical positions within the organization and creating a healthy pipeline Individual contributor role reporting into the Head HR

The Successful Applicant

Candidate must have an MBA degree from Tier 1 colleges only (TISS, XLRI, SCMHRD, MDI, IIM'S, NMIMS etc) At least 9-12 years of work experience in recruitment Must have strong exposure in designing and implementing recruitment processes from scratch Ability to lead a team by example Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (exceptional inter personal skills) Highly analytical personality
