Job Description

  • Deals mainly with Platinum and Gold banded customers
  • Exceed team and individual KPIs and Productivity Measure as
    set by the Sales Manager.
  • Plan customer calls and visits to provide the appropriate
    level of service to existing and new customers with a focus on
    retaining/expanding existing business relationship
  • Increase the value for existing Shell customers through
    profitable growth by means of winning new customers, cross and up selling to
    existing customers, price management and reduce customers loss
  • Develop new opportunities with prospective customers
    independently and from Sales Manager develop through prospecting joint call
    coaching
  • Understand the activity, business and needs of customers,
    provide sound information and advice on products and services, and to sell and
    negotiate win-win solutions with customers
  • Plan, monitor, and achieve individual and team sales targets
    (e.g. margin, growth, named customer, CVP, and trade debtor target.)
  • Develop through Sales 1st Behavioral KPIs in the Account
    Plan, New business opportunity management, etc.
  • Be responsible and proactive in Health, Safety, and
    Environmental issue that affects the individual, the office/field environment
    and their customers.
  • Be accountable for own development plan to continuously
    improve competencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Business Administration
    or related field. 

  • Has strong proven
    experience of Sales in the related field will be an advantage.

  • Good command in English.
  • Good computer skill in MS
    Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
  • Strong enthusiasm and resilience
  • Strong interpersonal skill
    and customer oriented.
  • Good working knowledge of
    the customers’ operation and financials.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of
    SAP/ERP systems is desirable
  • Having valid driving
    license.
