Job Description
Managing the team of Resourcing Analysts by ensuring the delivery of end-to-end Resourcing support achieving Service Level Agreements and Targets.
Ensuring that processes and procedures for the team are in line with policies & guidelines and that resourcing is managed effectively.
Ensuring KPIs and service metrics are achieved through regular monitoring and proactive intervention where required.
Provide staff development, supervision, motivation and leadership within the team in the area of coaching and performance feedback and contributing to the identification of training and development opportunities. This entails positive recognition opportunities, performance reviews, promoting career development within and outside of the team and giving space for personal and professional growth.
Supervise the team on a day-to-day basis; including the development of activities and resource plans.
Comply with audit requirements and established operational controls; ensure compliance with data privacy guidelines.
Lead or participate in global and resourcing projects
Support the Resourcing Manager in building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the internal teams, the HR representatives within the business supported and with key business stakeholders, including proactive communication, collaboration and full transparency of team's service quality and overall performance based on metrics.
Engage team members through regular and effective communication regarding operations, Service Development and Continuous Improvement projects ensuring business and customer requirements are achieved.
Supervising, mentoring, coaching and supporting other team members (Resourcing Support Advisors/Analysts).
Identifying activities aimed at the continuous improvement of service delivery within the team and project management of initiatives.
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in HR/Business Administration/Information Systems or MBA
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience / 5 years preferably
Ability to work under pressure and tight constraints.
English (good command, both written & oral)
Proven senior stakeholder engagement experience.
Highly numerate and strong attention to details.
Experience in Project Management and Project Deliverables
Experience in change management and understanding user behaviour and how to influence
Lean Practitioner or extensive practical experience in continuous improvement delivery.
